Digital Products Only

North Studio Creative primarily sells downloadable Shopify themes and digital creative resources.

No physical items are shipped for these purchases. Physical shipping fees and tracking numbers do not apply.

Delivery Method

Following successful payment, eligible digital products are delivered through our digital download system.

Download access is generally provided immediately after checkout, and delivery information may also be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Delivery Delays

Although delivery is automated, occasional delays may occur because of payment processing, email filtering, or technical issues.

If you do not receive access to your purchased product, please check your email, including spam and promotions folders, and contact us for assistance.

Download and Installation

Customers are responsible for downloading their files and following the included installation instructions.

Shopify themes may require an active Shopify account and compatible subscription to install and operate.

Incorrect or Missing Files

If a download is missing, corrupted, or different from the product purchased, contact us at nemo@northstudiocreative.co.

We will investigate and work to provide the correct files or an appropriate remedy.
